Terms of service

These Terms govern your use of barutti.ae and your purchases online or in store from Mario Barutti Trading (L.L.C) ("Mario Barutti", "we"). By placing an order you agree to these Terms. Our full Terms & Conditions (English and Arabic) are available in the website footer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract under UAE law.

Products & pricing

All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable (TRN 100006834400003). Screen colours may vary, and minor variation in cloth, pattern and finish is a natural feature of tailored garments, not a defect. If a product is mispriced we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we confirm dispatch (delivery) or hand you the product (in store). We may decline or cancel any order — including for unavailability, pricing error, failed verification, suspected fraud, or resale — and will refund any amount paid.

Sizing, returns & alterations

Please check the size guide before buying. Returns and exchanges follow our Return and Refund Policy (7 days; unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags on). Altered, tailored or personalised items, worn or used items, footwear including socks, and underwear are final sale unless faulty. Alterations are carried out per our Alterations & Tailoring Policy.

Faulty products & your rights

If a product is defective, damaged or not as described, you are entitled under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023) to a repair, replacement or refund. These statutory rights cannot be waived.

Intellectual property

All Site content — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Mario Barutti Trading (L.L.C). You may not copy or reuse it without our consent, or create any imitation site using our brand.

Liability & governing law

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product, and we are not liable for indirect loss. Nothing limits rights that cannot be limited under UAE law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE as applied in Dubai, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
