Refund policy

We want you to love how you look. If something isn't right, we're here to help — and your rights under UAE consumer-protection law are always protected.

In person, at our branches

All returns and exchanges are handled in person at either Mario Barutti branch. We don't offer return shipping or collection — bring your item to the nearest store. Message us on WhatsApp +971 56 148 8776 and we'll point you to the nearest branch.

Change of mind — 7 days

We offer an exchange or store credit (rather than a cash refund) on change-of-mind returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all labels, tags and packaging intact. Please check sizing before purchase.

Final sale — non-returnable items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind or fit:

  • Items altered, tailored, hemmed, adjusted or customised to you, or made to order
  • Items worn, washed, used, perfumed or stained, or with tags removed
  • Shoes and footwear, including socks and hosiery
  • Underwear and other intimate items

We may refuse a return that is worn, damaged, perfumed, stained, washed, altered, or missing its tags or packaging.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item is defective, damaged or not as described, you are entitled under UAE law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023) to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. This statutory right cannot be waived. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or a short video of the issue.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Card or bank refunds may take several business days to appear. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.
