Change-of-mind returns are offered as an exchange or store credit within 7 days, in person at either Mario Barutti branch (unworn, original condition with tags). Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights under UAE law. Returns are handled in-store; we don't offer return shipping.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Free delivery across the UAE in 1 to 3 business days. GCC delivery is available (typically 3 to 7 days), with international and African shipping also available. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

Suits and tuxedos run from size 42 to 70, including Big & Tall cuts. Shirts run from collar size 37 to 56 — up to 7XL. Whatever the size on the label, our in-house tailors perfect the fit.

Are alterations included?

Complimentary alterations on every suit ordered online — in-store purchases quoted in boutique. Quick jobs like trouser and sleeve hems are often done in about 30 minutes while you wait. Structural work — waist adjustments, tapering, shoulder work — takes up to 4 days. In-store purchases, non-suit items and major restyling are quoted in the boutique before any work begins. Which items are final sale?

Garments altered or made to your measurements are final sale and can't be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable.

Can you dress my whole wedding party?

Yes. We coordinate suits or tuxedos for the groom, groomsmen and family in matching cloth and tone, in sizes 42–70. See Weddings & Groom's Party, or message us on WhatsApp with your date, party size and colours.

Where are your products from?

We're an authorised stockist offering suits, tuxedos and shirts in Italian- and German-cut styles, tailored to fit in-house by our master tailors at our Dubai atelier. Mario Barutti has dressed Dubai since 1988.
