Warranty & Product Care
Last updated: 5 July 2026.
This Warranty & Product Care Policy explains the quality assurance on the garments and accessories we sell, and how to care for them. It operates alongside our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Quality Assurance
We stand behind the quality of the menswear and accessories we sell. If an item is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, you are protected under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023) and are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. This statutory right cannot be waived.
2. How to Make a Defect Claim
Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp +971 56 148 8776 or mariobaruttitrading@gmail.com and provide:
- your order number; and
- clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
We will assess the claim and arrange a repair, replacement or refund where the item is genuinely faulty.
3. What Is Not Covered
The following are not manufacturing defects and are not covered: normal wear and tear; damage from improper care, misuse or accident; damage or poor fit resulting from alteration by a third party; and natural variation in cloth, grain, pattern and finish. Damage caused by failure to follow care guidance is also not covered.
4. Product Care Guidance
To keep your garments at their best:
- Always follow the care label and any guidance we provide.
- Have suits, blazers and tailored trousers professionally dry-cleaned where recommended — avoid frequent washing.
- Rest garments between wears and store them on quality hangers; use a garment bag for travel.
- Steam or iron at the correct temperature for the fabric.
- Treat leather and suede with suitable products; keep away from prolonged moisture and direct heat.
- Hang trousers by the hem or waistband to preserve the line.
