Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you may cancel an order placed with Mario Barutti Trading (L.L.C) (“Mario Barutti”, “we”, “us”) on barutti.ae. It operates alongside our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch

You may cancel an order at no charge before it has been dispatched (for delivery) or before collection or fitting (for in-store orders). Contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp +971 56 148 8776 or mariobaruttitrading@gmail.com with your order number. Where the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund any amount paid to your original payment method.

2. After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled in transit. When you receive it, our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy applies — including the 7-day change-of-mind window for items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original labels, tags and packaging intact.

3. Altered, Tailored, Personalised & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for items that are altered, tailored, hemmed, adjusted, customised or made to order cannot be cancelled once the work has begun, as the work is unique to you and the item cannot be resold. This exception does not apply where the item is genuinely defective.

4. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel an order — and refund any amount paid — where the item is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, payment or identity verification fails, we suspect fraud or coupon abuse, or we reasonably believe the order is placed for resale. We are not liable to you beyond that refund.

5. Refunds on Cancellation

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to your original payment method. Card or bank refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your provider. Eligible Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or store credit.

6. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Policy affects your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations, Cabinet Decision No. 66 of 2023), which cannot be waived.
