Exchanges & returns
Exchanges and returns are made in person at either Mario Barutti branch — we don't offer return shipping or collection. Change-of-mind items can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days, unworn and in original condition with tags. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by your statutory rights under UAE law. Altered items can't be exchanged unless faulty.
