Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to orders placed on barutti.ae with Mario Barutti Trading LLC, and operates in line with UAE consumer-protection law.

Change-of-mind purchases

For change-of-mind returns, we offer an exchange or store credit rather than a cash refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached, returned within 7 days of delivery, in person at either Mario Barutti branch.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund under UAE law. Refunds for faulty goods are issued to your original payment method. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if relevant, and we'll resolve it at no cost to you. This statutory right cannot be waived.

Altered or made-to-order items

For hygiene and customisation reasons, items altered or tailored to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, sizing or fit:

  • Any item altered or tailored to your measurements, or made to order
  • Any item that has been worn, washed or used, or has had its tags removed
  • Shoes and footwear, including socks and hosiery
  • Underwear and other intimate items

This does not affect items that are genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described — your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law always apply and cannot be waived.
