Exchange Policy

We are happy to help you find the perfect fit. This Exchange Policy applies to purchases made on barutti.ae from Mario Barutti Trading LLC.

In Person, In Store

Exchanges are handled in person at either Mario Barutti branch. We don't offer return shipping or collection — bring your item to the nearest store with your order confirmation.

Exchange Window

Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Size & Style Exchanges

You may exchange an item for a different size or style, subject to availability. If the new item differs in price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Alterations Can Often Fix the Fit

Before requesting an exchange for fit reasons, remember our master tailors can often adjust the garment at our Dubai atelier. Alterations are a paid tailoring service, quoted in advance before any work begins — often the fastest way to a perfect fit.

Altered Items

Garments that have already been altered to your measurements are not eligible for exchange unless faulty.

Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for change of mind, sizing or fit:

  • Any item altered or tailored to your measurements, or made to order
  • Any item that has been worn, washed or used, or has had its tags removed
  • Shoes and footwear, including socks and hosiery
  • Underwear and other intimate items

This does not affect items that are genuinely faulty, damaged or not as described — your statutory rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law always apply and cannot be waived.
